My philosophy revolves around the integration of Tao Emotional Detox Bodywork, group healing circles, and private sessions, all designed to enhance your emotional awareness. I believe in the power of connection, energy initiations, and sacred rituals to release trapped trauma and emotions. My approach is to empower you to claim self-love as your superpower, enabling a deeper embodiment of your true self.

I specialise in awakening energy pathways and healing the deep-seated emotions of shame, guilt, and unworthiness that often reside in the root and pelvis. Through this transformative process, you are guided towards a state of balance and harmony, unlocking your inner potential and magnificence.

Personal Journey

My journey to becoming a healer has been profoundly shaped by the hundreds of men, women, and couples I have guided. Each client has been a teacher in their own right, revealing the hidden depths of their emotions and shadows. This divine witnessing has allowed me to understand and empathise deeply with the stories and struggles that each individual carries.

The immersion in ancient practices and rituals has been key to my work. It is through these sacred methods that we can trust in the unconscious to unravel and unearth the buried stories within us. My sessions, which include guided meditations, yoga, embodiment practices, and dance, are designed to create a space for alchemy and universal love. It is here that you can discover the magic of belief in your own magnificence, transforming not just your mind and body, but your spirit too.

As a dedicated practitioner, I, Alexandra Edwards, am immensely proud of my journey through extensive and comprehensive training in various healing arts. My commitment to personal growth and professional development has led me to acquire a diverse range of skills and qualifications, positioning me uniquely in the field of holistic healing and bodywork.

Certified Tantric Journey Educator (CTJE): I have undertaken a rigorous training course spanning 500 hours to become a Certified Tantric Journey Educator. This program, under the tutelage of Mal Weeraratne, involved 140 hours of theoretical lessons, 240 hours of practical training, and an additional 120 hours of online coursework focusing on Emotional Detox. This extensive training has equipped me with profound knowledge and practical skills in Tantric-Tao bodywork, enabling me to guide clients through their emotional detoxification and spiritual awakening.

Diverse Healing Techniques: I have expanded my expertise beyond Tantric-Tao bodywork to include other holistic modalities:
